1. Our commitment

Yogiholistic aims to supply the products customers order in acceptable condition. If something is wrong with an order, contact us so that we can investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.

2. Problems covered

Please contact us if you receive:

• A damaged, leaking or defective product.
• An incorrect product or pack size.
• An order with missing items.
• A product with packaging that appears tampered with.
• An order that was cancelled or could not be fulfilled after payment.

3. Reporting an issue

Contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue. Provide:

• Your order number.
• The product name and a description of the problem.
• Photographs of the parcel, label and product, where available.
• Your preferred contact details.

This information helps us investigate and resolve the matter.

4. Return eligibility

Return eligibility depends on the product type, its condition, packaging and applicable safety requirements. Unused products in their original packaging may be eligible where a return is appropriate.

For consumable, wellness or hygiene-sensitive products, opened-package restrictions may apply where lawful. However, these restrictions will not be used to deny a remedy required by law for defective, damaged, incorrect, misdescribed or otherwise legally returnable goods.

5. Case-by-case assessment

Requests will be reviewed based on the facts, product condition, order records and applicable law. The appropriate resolution may include a replacement, correction, refund or another legally required remedy.

A case-by-case review does not remove any mandatory consumer rights.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible, or through another lawful method agreed with the customer when appropriate.

The time taken for funds to appear may depend on the bank or payment provider. We will communicate the available refund status and details.

7. Order cancellation

Contact us promptly if you want to cancel an order. Cancellation may be possible before dispatch, but cannot always be guaranteed after the parcel has been handed to the courier.

If we cancel an order or cannot fulfil a paid order, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with law.

8. Return shipping

Where a return is approved, we will communicate the return method and any applicable shipping arrangements. Responsibility for return shipping will depend on the reason for return, the agreed resolution and applicable law.
